WHAT ABOUT SAFETY?
Safety is a major factor for corporate America when choosing a ground transportation service and has been recognized by us as one of the most important issues. We are training new chauffeurs for 4 weeks in all aspects of driving and conduct. We are also very proud and fortunate to have a fortune 500 company as one of our clients which requires all of our chauffeurs to attend safety classes at their offices to ensure the chauffeurs meet their safety standards. Every year the individual chauffeur has to attend this one-day seminar. It includes classroom theory as well as a driving test.

WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES DO YOU OPERATE AND HOW OLD ARE THEY?
All of our fleet consists of late model Lincoln Town cars and Stretch Limousines, Ford Vans and Ford chassis based Minibuses. The vehicles are QVM certified by Ford Motor Co. We replace them every 24 to 36 month to make sure our client is satisfied.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Avanti Transportation was established 1991 by Walter Haig and Erich Reindl. Both are still actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.

DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?
We carry a $ 1,000.000.00 CSL from an insurance company who is authorized to underwrite in the state of Texas. At the present time only $ 600.000.00 is required by the City of Houston ordinance.

ARE YOU LICENSED BY THE STATE YOU OPERATE IN?
Avanti Transportation is licensed by the City of Houston (License # HLL 136) and complies with all state laws to operate legally.

DO YOU OPERATE YOUR OWN FLEET OR ARE THEY CONTRACTORS?
We own and operate all of our vehicles and the chauffeurs are employees of the company.
